Drilling service. Very reasonable price compared to bigger companies who to quoted me$150-$180 for drilling 5 simple holes without installation. Good quality work as well. Thank you!! Will not hesitate to recommend

Really happy and satisfied with the whole experience! The person I chatted with was lovely and accommodating. The assembler arrived on time, was polite, and worked quickly despite the tight space. He assembled everything in under an hour and helped adjust the furniture until it was exactly where I wanted it. Smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Highly recommend! :)

My experience was poor. The appointment was rescheduled once, and when two technicians finally arrived, they seemed inexperienced and hesitant about the assembly and installation process of a ceiling-mounted pull up bar. Subsequently, they were unable to install it due to ceiling rebar position and were unable to offer any alternatives or solutions.

Hi, Thanks for the genuine feedback. We strive to improve our services in all aspects. We would like to assure you that all our installers are well-trained and experience enough before we send them to any works. We failed to install because of the reinforced bar and the hollow wall. These were identified and verified by our installers based on their experiences. We also thank you for accommodating to the change of schedule for our sick staff and will do our best to minimize these events.

A pleasure to engage the Golden Drill to help install custom hydraulics for my storage bed bought from taobao. It was troublesome to remove the original hydraulic bracket that came with the bed to change to my own bansbach hydraulic and bracket but they were willing to go above and beyond to do it for me. I would Highly recommend them to anyone looking to install their furniture.

Fantastic experience! the team very professional! I engage them very last min and they came on time, assemble very fast even without user manual. Although they work very fast but they will keep on adjust the alignment until the furniture become perfect and provide option when some screw given was not fit. Definitely will engage them again after I receive my 2nd batch of Taobao stuffs. Thanks

Fast and efficient in chat, fast and efficient on site as well. Super easy to work with and very accommodating! No fuss and good workmanship. When they found issues due to missing items or poor quality, they try to create a solution on their own. Super grateful for all their help and will def get their help again! 🤩

Second time using services of The Golden Drill team. As with the first time, the team is responsive on Carousell, arrives within the stipulated window, rolls up their sleeves and does great work that far surpasses an IKEA enthusiast’s. Taobao carpentery can be very challenging, especially ours, but this team thrives on their challenges. I will always recommend this team.
