Must say I'm utterly disappointed with seller after I received bag with a strap that cannot work to hook on the handles. Claimed that her overseas factory has sent a new one but two months later and counting , still no word from her despite several reminders to ask. Merely disappeared. I guess this is my last deal with her. Will have to use alternate strap for my bag.
