had a smooth transaction with buyer but upon receiving the item she claimed that the product is not authentic or expired even though I sent her the proofs.
I posted proof of how expired the product is but you STILL won’t even refund my 1,500 when the product you sold was clearly super faulty. Whatever reason you have, that’s not an excuse to scam other people. No wonder you don’t do refunds/returns because your products are faulty. Ew. What you’re doing is wrong and you know it. I should have never bought from you and trusted you. I paid in full and paid the sf too but you couldn’t do your part in being trustworthy and reliable. So disappointing.
