He communicates like a gentleman, but he postpones collection for various personal reasons. It’s 2 weeks pass and he still say “next week”. He also wants to comm outside carousell

This buyer made an offer which was accepted but never follow through with arrangements for collection and payment… the deal is still in limbo

Sadly deal did not go through as buyer pulled out after making offer and offer being accepted.
