She is not a understanding buyer!😓Purchased for item rm39.00, expected it's 100% perfect and brand new.Although she is understood the product had been used for equally half as well! As a reliable seller, I'm very regret to deal with her and hopefully never happen again in my future dealing!😅

Aiyo...u are the one is not understand here...is not about the 'price'.....pls be honest inform to your buyer what item u are selling.....if gred items pls mention at caption that item is 'gred' ya.... I'm not firstime dealing buy/sell in Carousell and im original item user ever..... Even the price cheaper but stil original ya...not gred/fake. And one more thing...im not talking about 'perfect' ,u buy Preloved item then want expect item 100% perfect...of course BIG NO la...haha....
