I engaged balloonkakis (Lionel) to help me with engagement proposal. He confidently agreed two weeks ago. On the actual day, HALF an hour AFTER the agreed set up time, he cancels on me, no explanation. My friends and I were completely shocked. If you check his reviews you will see that this is not the first time he has done this. Please be cautious - I really recommend staying away from him.
