Brush is a little on the heavy side, manages to comb out substantial amount of hair just that my cat is afraid of brushes (already tried 4 different types but he still runs lol)

1star-swift & prompt response 1star-meeting on short notice 1star-allowing to test but i had no time(raining) Product wise:am absolutely disappointed as i wanted to de-clutter my set-up and this 1 device appeared to resolve it.(unfortunately cant insert comparison video)However upon plugging it in(without cables)the voltage was totally off thus having to revert back and now have to search again!
