Though the seller is pleasant and responsive, unfortunately the product doesn’t do what I thought it would. The description fell short of being helpful by providing dimensions, but didn’t indicate that it’s non-standard sizing. Factually correct, but unhelpful. And considering there are no refunds, I have a pretty item that isn’t fit for purpose. For positive feedback I recommend providing descriptions that are transparent as well as accurate, and offering a returns policy.

Hi! Appreciate your feedback but we have already indicated the measurements in our description as a guide for customers before their purchase. As such, we do not allow refunds for cases like this unless it is defective items. Thanks

Seller let me pay in two installments to ensure that the product would arrive. Product is well made and has a perfect neutral design and look. Should match with most natural and modern home motifs.

Very friendly. Prompt in replies. Quite accomodating as well. Good after sales service as seller kept in touch to confirm that items reached me safely. Seller was also open to feedback and asked if items was to my satisfaction. Gem of a Carouseller. I'd definitely deal again!:)
