Bought on 13 July. After a week on my off day was playing game and it automatically shutdown. I only play game only on my off day. If not on okf day I just watch YouTube. I go to laptop repair shop they say keyboard and the fan got problem. Must pay myself.. Please be honest next time.

How do I know if it’s my issue? You bought it and used it for a week already, who knows if you intentionally damage or damaged the laptop by yourself then try to claim damage for it? It had no issue when you saw it, you tested it as well on the day of the purchase. If you bought it for only a few days and claim there’s issue that’s understandable but you bought it for a week already. Also, I never said I provided any warranty.
