I clearly stated that I would accept the offer but cannot hold the item because there are other offers and that whoever pays first will get the item.
Very rude.. I have travelled 15 KM to pick up item. he changed pick up location from what he listed .. I still went to his location based on PIN code he gave me .. he keep saying you are wrong place . I sent him pictures too. he keeps saying I don’t know where you are. I asked to call but he refused. later I was searching around I found him. I’m still willing to make a deal but he shouted and left
