The buyer asked to reduce the price, I said ok and accepted the offer but waited for 1 month, but still not settled, the buyer always did not reply or was not free. I told her I can deliver to her building lobby …… still not willing to settle.
Good chat in beginning but ignored my messages and did not come to our trade appointment :( Wish they won’t do this to another seller :(
This is an unsuccessful deal. The buyer made an offer and we picked a meeting date, which she later changed—no big deal. But when the day came, she asked for a lower price, even though she had already made her offer. Later the buyer went silence.
