Made me wait for 20 minutes after the agreed time. Only decided to inform me when i call him. Told me he want this and that and proceeded to install for him on the bike. Turns out he negotiated with the price after i alr stated the price before i did anything to the bike. No sense of responsibility and accountability

Hiya, you actually misrepresented your product with your pictures and kept trying to upsell add-ons - even things like a bottle holder. I don’t have time for that. In response to timings, my phone broke, and I informed you. I also have a young family. So you were not my priority. After trying to liaise with you about the extras you sounded like a small minded petty person who’s trying to scrape every last penny out of a buyer. I decided that buyer was not gonna be me.
