Deal did not go through. Buyer made multiple offer to other seller and ended up changing his mind. I think it's fairer to sellers if you can make up your mind before making an offer, and don't sound so urgent in closing the deal when you haven't even made up your mind. Taking an hour or two to accept your offer is a reasonable response time.
