the seller is definitely not tech savvy and that can create a problem while purchasing. He missed adding the tv remote while sending the TV I purchased and then chose to send the remote separately via Singpost (instead of grab express) which will take 2 days to arrive! also, seemed super defensive when pushed about this. The product was in good condition though so can't argue about that.

Large Flat Screen TV with Wooden Tripod Stand
S$400
Thx.I feel the need to clarify the misunderstanding. 1. I had apologised a few times on missing out the remote control, (even though I took the effort to I video call you the second time to check the items, neither of us noticed that the remote control wasn’t put in the bag). 2. You gave me poor rating because I didn’t rectify by sending it via grab express is not being fair. You told me no rush and said I could send via “grab express or something”. I used SingPost because I don’t hav Grab app.
