Repeated deal with the seller. Was a pity that one of the latches for the kettle lid broke after I press opened it the 1st time (see 2nd pic). Otherwise, the kettle boils water fine with no issue.

Hi, sorry to hear that. Item was okay when I took it out to take photos and to answer buyer's query. Rest assured that item was won from lucky draw but unused as per described, as our household prefers non-electric kettle. It was kept in storeroom, taking up space and so we decided to sell item recently. It is unfortunate that the lid broke but glad it is boiling water well. It is never in my intention to sell any broken goods without revealing its condition. Hope that clarifies!
