There it goes, my first carouhell experience. Buyer backed out of an offer, in which I had to reject 5 other offers to keep my promise. Totally not recommended to other sellers since he's probably gonna use you as a backup plan while sourcing for a cheaper deal. The only redeeming factor is that he didn't back out on the day itself, hence the 2 stars. Alamak, should have asked for deposit 😂😂😂
