I won't add my comment, anyone reading please judge yourself. 1) Changed meeting time for 3 times due to his friend unable to collect on behalf 2) Asked to reduce promised price 2 hours before meeting, though end up still agreed as promised price 3) End up telling can't make it again because his friend is drunk
