False. You admitted in chat that you ‘forgot to bring’ the item on the scheduled day. Later, you refused to meet at the MRT because you were ‘lazy’ At last you went MIA for 24 hours and kept my deposit when I asked for a refund. I was ready to buy; you either gave unreasonable timings and when agreed you were unable to meet at the location or time. Keeping the deposit for your own mistakes is unethical.
