Buyer bought my steam iron. I sent him a video as proof that it works. He already questioned the power of the steam iron, but still proceeded to purchase it willingly on his own. After collecting it, he left a 1 star review saying that I did not inform him that the steam iron is not hot. Steam is definitely hot, it is not a water gun.

Item was sent for repair, it was clog up. Seller claim was lightly used but it wasn't.. from his msg u can tell he did try to scam me

Buyer haggled hard and I agreed to drop my price significantly. The buyer then arranged delivery to pick up the item. After collection, the buyer complained that the steam iron he bought is not hot enough when it eventually turned out that he doesn't know how to used the product. Gave a lot of attitude in the process when it was actually a user problem. Sellers dealing with this guy beware.

He claimed the steam iron he bought from me isn't working, but he just put the same item up for sale. Either he is trying to scam the next buyer or he is lying abt it not working and just has buyer's remorse.

I had to have it repaired, buyer sold me something that didnt work properly. Next time dont scam people. Dropping your price by 20 dollars is not called massive

Buyer made an offer and confirmed pickup details but later backed out after checking the measurements. Would recommend confirming suitability before making an offer.
