Pls read your chat message. U did not state that u cannot come on time. Our actual meetup time is 12pm. N I text n call u. Yet, there was no response from u. At 1.38pm, u then sent a msg to inform me that u can't make it. I had waited for u more than 20min. If u can't show up, should at least have a courtesy to inform ppl. If u can't make it, u should highlight. It is very irresponsible to just MIA.
