fast and decisive, but the parents are to hard to deal with... they took the item and came back to ask how to use it, we explained and they said its too troublesome... 🤣😂, the item is only a wheelchair HAHAA
As I did not clarify with the seller the functions of the wheelchair, we only needed a normal wheelchair for basic usage. The wheelchair that the seller was selling has multiple functions and it wasn't what we wanted upon collecting it. Hence, I don't see any issue when my parents rejected the offer, and furthermore, we were self-collecting at your convenience without you to travel. Overall, I don't see a need to make a big fuss about it and say that my parents were hard to deal with. Thanks.
