Please be cautious when dealing with this buyer. Despite the parcel clearly being lost and the delivery timeline exceeding the agreed deadline, the buyer insisted on not issuing a refund. I had communicated upfront that I no longer wanted the item due to the missed deadline, but was still dragged into waiting unnecessarily. Not the smoothest experience — just a heads-up for others

Unreasonable buyer. Changed address to buyer and initial expected deliver was 3-7Jun when agreed to deal. J&T status showed “in transit” and I chased up everyd to check if parcel lost but they told me checking. TikTok also ask to wait for J&T to revert & do not allow me to raised refund request. Buyer insisted refund from me when I am stuck in middle chasing both J&T and TikTok yet address of parcel is pointing to her hse. I said I will refund once parcel declared lost or by 7Jun yet she refused
