兩個問題 1. 臨時放飛機，冇交帶：前一晚約好時間地點，講明第二日會早出門帶埋出去（實物幾大有啲重量）。當日就突然話有病（發燒），話改sf。我就喺公司等佢覆機俾錢之後可以去寄貨。等到天黑都係冇覆，全晚都冇覆過機。 2. 投機取巧、佔便宜：一開始講好$899，但買家照出價$800。有叫過佢改offer，但對方當冇回事。我一直冇accept offer，只係約咗交收。由於當日出現約好唔出現冇覆機的情況，我決定accept $800 offer 保障自己權益。買家竟然話：唔係$800嗎？你accept了offer，話以最近期嗰個作準。我當然話維持原價$899。最後當然就係無賴地決定唔要。 - ps. 其實約嘅站唔近我，見買家話住元朗甘遠就就下佢。同埋都係見佢紀錄良好先冇叫佢預先支付小部分再約面交。建議以後賣嘢俾佢都係收返幾十蚊車馬費先約交收，浪費人時間。各位睇路。
