Transaction was for a trade. Seller had v slow replies. When we met, we both checked each other’s slabs and shook hands to deal. When I left 10 mins later, he suddenly texted me saying there was a huge crack. He said I was dodging responsibility but my slab was in 100% good condition prior to the trade. Responses were v childish as well. Please do your own due diligence for your deals with him.
