Highly recommend Chen Long for any serious home cinema project. He is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly precise with measurements and equipment matching. He took the guesswork out of the entire setup, and the final result sounds incredible. A must-hire for any audiophile.

It was a real pleasure having Cheng Long come over to assess and troubleshoot my 3 systems. I have been playing audio for over 40 years and was most impressed by Cheng Long's great ear and ability to analyse and troubleshoot problem areas. He was generous in sharing his knowledge to find the best-suited solution, with one ear on the system and the other on the client's real-world needs.

Came across CL’s service on Carousell by chance, and decided to engage his services to see how I can better calibrate and improve my current system, since I’m new to this and simply purchased and set up my current 5.1 system based on online research. CL was very prompt in his response and came down the next day after checking our availabilities. He provided honest opinion about my entire setup.

CL shared his knowledge with me before proceeding to calibrate based on my listening and watching preferences. He improved the HT aspect of my system & also got a set of power cord n speaker cables from him, which definitely improved the audio aspect despite the limitation of my AVR. Had some initial miscom but was all resolved well, and CL came down a second time to adjust the musical aspect too

Chen Long was quick to respond and was highly knowledgeable when it came to helping me calibrate my home theatre system. From phases to EQs, down to measuring the speakers from the listening position- Chen Long handled all systematically and even tried out suggestions and various configurations to see what was best suited for the current room. ⭐ Highly recommended ⭐

CL really knows his stuff. Bro is not only friendly and helpful but also generous with his time. He made sure I was 100% satisfied when selecting equipment within my budget. Appreciated all the advice and tips he shared throughout the process in person and through swift responses on WA. Great communication

CL is very knowledgeable and provided me with suggestions on how I can make my HT setup even better. Before calibration, my 5.1.2 setup was producing decent sound but lacked depth, clarity and precision. The audio felt disjointed, with dialogue often get muffled. He worked his magic and created an immersive sound stage that has left me awestruck. Watching movie is never the same again! Tk you!

Cheng Long is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explains his process every step of the way and gives a variety of options ranging from cost-efficiency to maximising sound quality. His enthusiasm is infectious and his suggestions always take into account your current set up, goals and budget which is extremely helpful. Could not recommend him enough:)

Passionate guy. Been trying to connect my brand new amp with my new tv for months. Unable to solve it after seeing YouTube or googling ard. Experience is proven better than instruction manual.
