For record purpose, I won’t argue with the buyer. This transaction related to an iPhone 11 Pro 256GB, which had been used by my dad day by day before this transaction. It was 100% functional. Buyer checked against the phone, front and rear cameras were in good condition. After an entire afternoon, buyer suddenly said the Face ID wasn’t working. He was advised to reset, update the iOS or consult the Apple Store. He replied he had no time to consult and insisted refund, to which I declined.
