So apparently I bought tickets to GoodVibesFestival worth of 2400RM from this guy and made a deposit of 1500RM. However GVF cancelled and this guy has not refunded me any amount back when GVF has already said that they will refund.

First of all, this buyer promising to pay full amount (RM2400, RP:RM2800) b4 enjoying the concert even we already drive all the way to KL to pass the wristband 2 days earlier. The buyer only pay us RM1500, and lose contact after that (though they were scammer) until they knew about the cancellation of GVF. GVF still not refunding and updating anything to us yet and what do this buyer expect?
