seller is actually Unearth Sdn Bhd. not a private seller. the PIC tries to assist and accomodate to the best of her ability. but I was promised a new item with no defects but as you can see, there is an obvious defect patch. they told me no defect, made me paid before delivery and when I received with defect, my money is already gone and I have no choice but to accept item. PIC said sorry only.
