Rose was outstanding! I urgently needed a portrait photo for a submission, and even though the next day was a public holiday, she kindly opened the studio for us. The session was smooth and enjoyable — she guided our boy gently through his very first studio shoot, never rushing us. The photos turned out beautifully, excellent value for money, and we highly recommend her!

don’t buy from him, lens has fog, cheated me and threatened to report me to carousell, even though it was through mutual agreement
The buyer requested a discount for his friend’s wedding, which we agreed to out of goodwill. During collection, he chose not to check the lens despite our reminder. Later, he reported fog and we immediately offered a full refund upon return, but he insisted on keeping it with further discount at his own risk. Some messages were blocked by Carousel’s system, and we are awaiting their review. We have never refused payment and will protect our rights accordingly.
