Irresponsible seller. We had a deal and she had promised to reserve the cabinet for me, but ended up saying she has a better offer and decided to sell it at a better price. Price isn’t really the problem, but a deal is a deal. I caution you against buying from her if you value your time.

Actually from my side, it’s not about the price. It’s because we only talk about the pickup arrangement after your offer and then figured out that our availability cannot match all the time.
