Does not respect agreed delivery conditions which led to an issue with condo management that I had to fix.

Instructions were given to movers, but movers didn’t follow. Not within my control. A very difficult seller.

Buyer made offer and I've accepted it. made all arrangements but backed out of the deal last minute. what a disappointment. you should make all necessary checks and confirmation. I have turned down other buyers because of you. now I've lost them all.

I deliberated for a week before telling seller I want the item. The sofa needs to be moved up a walk up apartment. As it was very heavy, the mover needed a third person and charged substantially higher costs. When I found out the next day I immediately told seller I would like to cancel the purchase. She didn’t relist the item. Also, it was only one day. I waited for a week before confirming. If there were no offers before me, why would there be multiple offers over one day? Malicious seller!
