The bike was listed as like new and the seller claimed it’d been used a few times. However, while riding it home, the rear brake makes a loud noise, and the seat post suddenly collapsed, causing the stem to hit the ground and abruptly stop the bike. I immediately contacted the seller, she never responded. It’s clear she hid something about the bike’s condition. Dishonest and irresponsible seller.

You test drive and you were pleased with the bike. The stem fell because you didn’t fix it properly? If this bike was damaged, why didn’t the seat/stem fall when you first rode it? If I had known this item was damaged, I wouldn’t sell it or not accept your offer and still make you come. I would’ve been a bit more scheming. I’m sorry you had a fall. The bike was in a decent state when I last tested it. There was a sound coz I told you I applied WD40 to grease the chain area etc. Wait until it dry
