I messaged saying was going to be 25 mins late they wouldn't wait for me and wanted to change the location I messaged them with notice they aren't very understanding or considerate

OMG I CANNOT BELIEVE U.BUYER LOCKS IN 1:15. 5 Minutes later she wants to change it to 1:45.I tell her sorry 'I cannot'. 10 mins later I get a text saying that she MISSED HER TRAIN and that I have no choice but to meet her at 1:45,even though I specially told her that I wouldn't be able to. Then I come home to negative feedback.I did nothing wrong! I have all the screenshots for proof.She already has negative feedback saying how unclear she is.[she didn't even show up]

We live very far from eachother even tho you were so busy u cancelled plans & travelled almost 1 hour to deliver my item.Your train ticket probs cost more than my purchase.I literally can't thank you enough.You have no idea how much I appreciate what you did.
