Seller lied by saying item is unused and its condition is as new. However upon receiving item, it is obviously being used and i paid RM120 for it. I asked for clarification but she refused to reply me. Hope this seller gets cheated worst!

Sent my phone for repair, hence why I didn't realise she messaged me. Totally thought I was gonna cheat her, when I didn't even have my phone? I immediately replied her once I got my phone, and even offered to refund. I've never received any negative feedbacks until this one. I would be willing to refund the money if you're not satisfied, and I did already on the day itself. If I wanted to cheat your money, I wouldn't even bother replying you already. But I did, and I even apologised.
