When you received the item you seemed happy but left negative feedback the next day, out of the blue, without bothering to tell me the problem with the product, in order for us to sort things out. You falsely accused me of being dishonest for not telling you about the expiration but I was also unaware of when it would expire, therefore I was unable to supply you with this information. Also you did not ask about it, as a result I am not at fault and I offered a refund, but you threw the item away

I seemed happy because you were quick to reply and post the item to me. It was eyelash dye and had expired over a year ago before I had got it. No I didn’t ask about the expiry date because I assumed no one would sell an expired product especially for the eyes, however I was wrong and won’t assume that again. I did throw the product away because something relatively cheap isn’t worth me paying postage twice for in order to return it to you not that a refund was ever offered as you claim.
