Ok I misunderstood. For doorstep delivery, I thought the shoes will send to her & she will deliver to me. But nope, she is just an "agent" to help buyers order & it will send directly to them. But there is no status update. Asked her & she say she only no if buyer inform her. Since there is no contact between deliveryman & buyer, my shoes are left outside.Told her & she say her buyers are ok with their shoes left outside & she is aware of the security issue but I didn't know this before order 😥

Hi! Firstly thank you for purchasing the shoes 😊✨ Yes, I am aware of this security issue when the parcel is left at the doorstep! But it never struck to me of how significant this matter is to u as u did not highlight it to me prior to your order. At the same time, most of my customers actually do prefer the deliveryman to leave the item off at the doorstep - this is the practice of online retail stores like Zalora too! I'm really sorry but how the courier delivers is out of my control.
