Dear customer, Thanks for the updated review! As discussed, my wifi was having issues when I was overseas on vacation. Deepest apologies again for the late response. As promised, I will also provide additional 1 month free to compensate for the downtime, which the buyer has agreed wholeheartedly. The buyer has also written in to Carousell to remove his written follow up review and update it to 5 Star. Thanks again and look forward to dealing with you again soon!
I bought the subscription for a month and the whole process was very smooth. The deal was completed quickly, the instructions were clear, and everything was easy to set up and use. I had no issues during the process and the service worked as expected. Overall, it was a good experience and I’ll consider repurchasing if everything continues to go well.

Worked for less than 3 days before problems started. After I contacted them, they ignored several messages and only replied later with a rude response. They blamed me for the ChatGPT deactivation, even though I only changed the email as they had said I could. Instead of helping, they pushed the blame onto me and told me to wait for ChatGPT’s reply. Buy at your own risk.

Worked well for 3 weeks, accidentally cleared my cache and browsing history forgetting I had ChatGPT log-in. Asked for the code to re-login but seller MIA despite my subscription period still ongoing.

Bought a private chatgpt account and it stop working after a few days. Seller provided a shared account instead while he fixed the private account. Seller went MIA after. This account got suspended and I tried to reach seller at his new account with similar listing but was ignored. Tried to whatsapp him but no use too.
