Not recommended. Communication was very poor. My messages were left unread or took a very long time to receive a response. They also failed to keep their promises and didn't even provide an update when there was a problem or a delay. A simple message to inform the customer would have been appreciated. Overall, it was an unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend doing business with them.

I had a great experience with SuperHandy SG for my aircon servicing. The technician arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before starting the work.

Reasonably priced, works quick and gets the job done well. However, unpunctual and does not let you know if they are running late (2+ hours). Required multiple calls before picking up and ran late on their promised time again (30 mins).

Enquired about mounting a painting and confirmed price and timing, given my address. Yet, at the scheduled time, no texts/updates and my messages were ignored. 2.5 hours later, I was told it was cancelled and rescheduled to the next day.
fuss free service from Rakib and his team. Engaged them to install my toilet fixtures. Decided to add on Aircon servicing as well. General cleaning for 2 unit and Chemical cleaning for 1unit. Everything done within 30mins. Thank you.
