UPDATE: I took the laptop to Apple to have the battery and keyboard replaced, and they found liquid damage that wasn’t disclosed during the sale. That’s nearly impossible to detect when buying a used laptop. The cost of repairs has turned what seemed like a good deal into a very bad one.
