Buyer did not check condition during meetup transaction and only feedback problem after she left. I offered a full refund after she expressed her displease but buyer refused to accept my offer, nothing else I could do if she does not want to accept full refund with return of product back to me

what an excuse that buyer didnt check item, item was stated as brand new by seller, i checked when i went back up to platform to check and updated seller immediately. ive asked for a $5 refund thinking it was unfair for me as seller had was not truthful on the condition of the item, but i still want the item. But seller requested for me to return, in order for the full refund. so i asked for her to pick up, but she didnt reply me after. This seller is wasting people’s time. I dont recommend.
