Buyer checked the dolls before handing payment but later messaged that the fragile part of the doll is broken and immediately accused that I did not tell him and that we broke the doll, hand glued it and sold it to him instead of checking with me first. I explained that it could be broken when in transit and issued him a refund for the doll. Accusing something that we did not do. Don’t Recommend
