so disappointed with seller. discovered 1 small white dot on the screen of e laptop. seller mentioned did not notice it. it's impossible as she v been using it for years.

It is unfortunate to deal with such a toxic buyer. He schemed to ask a good review (which I have given him) before he starts complaining about problems that did not exist when he thoroughly checked on the spot before paying for the product. I even kindly offered a 19 inch monitor foc just to end things amicably. But he continued to harass me. As such, I have refunded the FULL amount I have received for the item as I did not want to deal with such a toxic buyer. Please be aware of the buyer!
