Hi, I assisted when the issue first appeared and suggested sending it to the repair shop for proper diagnosis. Once the motherboard faulty was confirmed, I offered to take the laptop back for repair. However, due to distance and your time concerns, you chose to repair it locally. We mutually agreed I would contribute RM350(based on the typical motherboard repair rate) and you would cover the balance. This was settled via bank transfer. I always strive to act responsibly and fairly in every case.
