Item was very hard to install. Very complicated as mention by the seller very easy to install. The lock parts seems disfunction. Thats why selling cheap. :(

As shown in the photo taken a couple of days ago, item was working fine. All parts included in package were provided, including original manual, wrench, and box with photos. If you are having trouble, happy to assist. Just contact me. It is not difficult to install. It was also not sold cheap. It was a fair price for a good gate in perfect condition and working order, discounted a bit because it is used.
