I was very respectful when I spoke to you about the item being defective. I didn’t even leave you a negative review despite what happened. You refunded me properly and I appreciated that. What did you expect me to do? Just accept an item that couldn’t be used because the elastic bands had already become brittle and lost their stretch? Honestly it’s disappointing. Some people really aren’t happy unless they have something negative to say. God bless you and your business.

Looks like this buyer never learned from her previous reviews. She has a tendency to reserve an item. Her low offer was accepted yet she still didn’t get it saying she already bought a different kind. Maybe next time don’t hit the Make Offer button yet unless you’re sure you’ll get the item.
