WRONGLY ADVERTISED! Luggage advertised as cabin size but it was not and seller refuse to make full refund as she mentioned that goods sold are not refundable and i have only got back to her 3 weeks later. I ve explained to her as it was a gift, i have only manage to pass it to my friend days back and as i do not own a cabin luggage so i am not sure how it sld look like upon collection.

Like u too, I don't own any cabin luggage. All along I thought it was a cabin size cos it's a small one. Pls note that in my pic, I have indicated "refer to previous pic for more details." Previous pic indicated the exact measurement. As a buyer, u should enquire on the measurement as well to prevent dispute. But pls understand that it is not fair to demand a full refund after 3 weeks. Out of goodwill, I have offered u partial refund as I could not verify the luggage has been used!
