Buyer has apologized. Time waster, dragged for WEEKS. Confirmed on an item and chose to meet up, couldn't meet up to my preferred timing, after that I was free and let her choose her preferred timing I will go and meet her, kept ignoring my messages when I ask if she is still keen, after 2 weeks of dragging we offered to give free normal postage as we couldn't meet, after texting her to make her choose meet up at her convi or free postage, suddenly told us she want to back out, after 3 WEEKS.
