Overall a smooth transaction. Buyer is honest buy is slow to respond and will require follow up. Buyer was also not punctual for requesting early pick up and ended up i had to wait an additional 25 minutes at the MTR from the time she agreed. Buyer please respect seller and try to manage time better and be punctual.
