Feel so cheated. Was told it's brand new. Ended up it was full of rust and scratches and totally no disclaimer that it's rusty. Seller took money and left immediately b4 I could check. Ask for refund and she say NO WAY. Die die ask me to exchange for things I don't need. Under the law, consumers have the right to ask seller to replace, repair or even refund if goods are found to be defective (Section 12 of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act). If item is good why I ask for refund?

We very disappointed in you,in the first place.. our company policy is can exchange but cannot refund and we allow you to exchange but u still not satisfied.. second we pass u the brand new thing then you never check and in the end you blame us say that we give you the old one.. just bec the thing is in our store for some time and then you have to check before you pay us.. thank you In Singapore how come have this kind of customer???
