items defects is not stated in the remarks and seller nv honest about the condition of the item. when asked for partial refund due to defects but seller refused only want to refund $10 but the items is total dun worth $55. bad transaction

Items were clearly stated in listing that they were used and wear and tear is to be expected. Condition of items was fully checked and certified by buyers movers prior to handover, which was accepted by Buyer. However, upon receipt, buyer complained drawer was spoilt and handle was rusty. Partial refund was done as a kind gesture, but buyer still unhappy. Fussy buyers should not look to carousell to buy second hand goods. Will not deal with this buyer again in the future.
